About

AI should amplify what makes you great. It starts with how you see.

Creativity isn't reserved for artists. It's the surgeon who reads a scan and sees what three colleagues missed. The strategist who spots a pattern before the data confirms it. The producer who knows which story will land before a frame is shot. That ability to see what others don't is what makes someone great at what they do. Most AI conversations start with efficiency. The real question is how to give your best instincts more reach, your sharpest thinking more surface area, your unique perspective more leverage.

AI doesn't replace what makes you great. It amplifies it. The goal isn't automation. It's amplification.

CGA Creative is an AI-native company built on that belief. Every workflow, every tool, every project starts with the same question: what's already unique here, and how does AI give it more power? We've stress-tested that philosophy on ourselves. Dozens of custom AI tools built and deployed. Cinematic AI productions that reconstruct worlds no camera could reach. Ethical frameworks for using AI responsibly. A body of work that proves the thesis.

Who's behind it

CGA Creative is founded and led by Erich Archer. Emmy award-winning filmmaker. 22 years in television, documentary, branded content, and live production. 14 years as Executive Director of 1623 Studios, where he built teams, managed productions, and learned how creative work actually gets made under real constraints.

When generative AI tools started maturing, Erich didn't see a threat to creative work. He saw a new medium. The same instinct that made him a good filmmaker, the ability to see what others miss and turn it into something that connects, turned out to be the exact skill set that makes AI tools dangerous in the right hands.

He went deep. Built custom AI tools across industries and use cases. Produced cinematic AI video that showed what's actually possible today, not what the hype cycle promises. Started speaking at Harvard, MIT, Northeastern, Boston University, Stonehill College, Emerson, and Salem State, and teaching workshops and sessions through Section AI, Innovating with AI, the AI Community Conference, the AI Marketing Summit, and many more. Not to evangelize AI for its own sake, but to help people understand how it fits into their specific work.

The body of work

  • Rufus — the AI documentary that proved the premise. A real ancestor's story told by building a custom AI and interviewing it. $200 and 20 hours.
  • The First Artist — 4,000 AI images to reconstruct a 35,000-year-old world. First-person POV. Under $500. A family project.
  • AI Arms Race — the world's first AI-generated docudrama. Six episodes. Frontline meets House of Cards.
  • Historical Resurrection Project — cultural preservation infrastructure. An ethical AI documentary framework seeking institutional partners.
  • Belief Softening — AI-produced films designed to reach people before their defenses activate. Research-driven persuasion methodology.
  • Smarty Pants — 200+ custom AI tools across marketing, strategy, research, and creative workflows. Free and available to anyone.
  • Scaling Creativity — a method and workshop for helping people discover where AI amplifies what's already unique about them.

Why CGA

CGA stands for the shared initials of Erich's four children. This company carries their name because what's being built here is personal. Not a side project. Not an experiment. The thing he's putting his name and his family's name behind.
